Bookings, Payments and Cancellations

All bookings are made through SimpleClinic, and payments are processed via Stripe or Commonwealth Bank transfer. Fees must be paid at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Consultations are conducted online or in person as scheduled. Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the full consultation fee being charged. 

Failure to attend an appointment without notice (β€œno-show”) will result in the full fee being charged. 

If you arrive late, your consultation may be shortened to avoid affecting subsequent appointments. The full fee still applies.

Antidote Apothecary reserves the right to decline service where incomplete, misleading or unsafe information is provided.
